Ingredients & Measurements:

Water:- 400ml

Dry Lavender Flower:- 1 tsp/5gm

 

METHOD of making Stagnant Weight loss Lavender Tea

  • Boil Lavender flower with water at least for 5-7 min.
  • Let them cool for 15 mins
  • Store in glass jar
  • Preserve this Lavender Tea in your Refrigerator 10-15 days
  • Freeze in the form of Ice for the use of 3 months.

 

Dosage (How & When to take) :

  • Above 18 years (18 saal ke upar walon ke liye) :- 2-3 tb sp in a day (1 tb sp each time ; Morning – Noon – Evening)

Meals gap in between Tea & Food should be 10-15 mins

  • 14-18 years, 2 tb sp in a day (Meals gap in between Tea & Food should be 10-15 mins)
  • Below 14, they should avoid taking this tea. Not recommended to them.
