Measurement for Weight loss Chutney

  1. Coriander 100gm
  2. Curry Leaves 25gm
  3. Tulsi 5gm
  4. Garlic 3-5 cloves
  5. Ginger 1 inch
  6. pink salt 1 tsp
  7. cumin/Jeera 1 tsp
  8. Roasted Coriander Powder 1tsp

Measurement for Noon Drink

  1. Curd 1 tbsp/25gm
  2. Water 200ml
  3. Chutney 2tbsp/20gm

NOTE:-

  1. Drink should be HOT
  2. Measurement 100ml min,250 ml max
  3. food gap at least 20-30 mins in between drink to any meal/salad/fruit
  4. If in case noon is not possible for any reason then a person can take this drink before sleep.
