Measurement

Turmeric/Haldi(Raw):- 30gm/(if powder) 10 gm 1 tsp

Ginger/Adrakh(Raw):- 30gm

Green Chili:- 20gm

Tomato:- 300gm

Coriander stem/Dhaniya ki dandi:- 150gm

Onion/Pyaz:- 400gm

Garlic/Lahsun:- 100gm

Grocery poori honi chahiye aapke paas. Jo cheez iss Curry Paste ke liye important hai sabse pehle hai HALDI. METHOD

  • Cut all  ingredients as my video showed
  • Boil all ingredients 8-10 mins
  • let the ingredients cool down properly
  • bland and make a smooth paste
  • Use this paste in any curry recipe or with snacks
