PROCEDURE TO MAKE METHI SPROUTS:

1 tsp Methi lenge yahan per.  Methi ko phir paani mein bheego kar rakhna hai raat bhar, it means 12 hours minimum aapko bheego kar rakhna hi hai, agar aap Sprout karna chahtey hain. Aur agar aapko directly khaana hai iss Methi ko Weight loss ke liye before meal toh yeh 24 hours bheega rahe toh bahut better hota hai. Bheegne ke baad Methi 1 tbsp ho jaata hai barh kar. Toh Methi ke khaane ka tareeka ek yeh bhi hai ki jab bhi aap main meal lete hain, 3 meal se pehle Methi ko 3 bhaag mein batayiye aur har meal se pehle khayiye toh weight loss bahut jaldi ho jaata hai.

 

Lekin yahan Sprout kar rahe hain toh aap dekh saktey hain yahan per maine har range ki photo lagayi hai. Yeh 5 days process ki photo hai. PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING SALAD:

1) FIRST RECIPE: Toh aayiye banatey hain Salad. Pehla Salad jo bana rahi hoon woh Potato Sprout salad hai. Toh aapke dinner ka bhi hissa bann sakta hai. Iss mein aapko chahiye White Onion, Red Onion bhi aap le sakte hain. Lekin White onion slimming ke liye bahut accha hota hai. Agar aapko White onion ki soup aur Juice ki recipe agar aapko chahiye hogi toh jaroor boliyega mai bilkul aapko bana ke dikhaoongi woh slimming ke liye kaafi kaafi accha hota hai. Toh yahan pe mai le rahi hoon White Onion, yeh aap Dinner mein bhi kha sakte hain aur Breakfast mein bhi yeh Salad khaya ja sakta hai. Din mein Iodised Salt khaana bahut important hai but raat ko sendha namak hi khaana chahiye, taki Water retention, Swelling ki problem na ho. Body mein extra water na barh jaaye.

 

Yeh mix kar denge aur aapka yeh Salad tyaar ho gaya bahut easily. Toh agar aap potato boil karka fridge mein rakhte hain aur sprout karte hain toh bahut easily ya toh dinner mein aap issko kha saktey hain ya phir breakfast mein kha saktey hain. Iss mein skip ho gaya hai lekin iss mein 1 tsp Oil zaroor mix kijiyega taki isska benefit bahut accha ho. Oil mix karne se leaf ke jitney bhi oil soluble Vitamins and Minerals hota hain who body ko lag paatey hain.

 

2) SECOND RECIPE: Yahan per maine Protein Sprout Salad banaya hai jo Breakfast ke liye bahut accha hai aur iss se bahut easily weight loss hota hai. But jab bhi aap protein salad banatey hain toh uss mein fruit ka bahut use hona chahiye toh Pineapple, Apple yeh saare Protein Metabolism ko bahut high kartey hain. Toh isska lena bahut zaroori hai. Iss Salad mein maine Chicken use kiya hai. Aap Soya Nuggets, Soya bean seeds ya Tofu use kar saktey hain. Aur aap iss mein Masoor ki daal, Lentil use kar saktey hain. Yahan per maine Red Onion liya hai kyunki red onion ka salad mein swaad bilkul different hota hai. Aap White onion bhi le saktey hain. Green chilly liya hai, yeh optional hai agar khaayein toh bahut accha hai. Aur yeh additional, yahan per main Orange le rahi hoon, jisska juice bahut accha lagta hai protein salad mein specially. Jab bhi aap protein dalein toh uss mein Orange juice Protein metabolism ko barhata hai. But agar aapko Water retention ki problem hai toh Orange juice mat add kijiyega.

 

Cucumber for extra crunch. Sab ko mix karenge ek bowl mein, jyaada tough nahi hai kuch. Yeh jo baccha hua hai ussko main next jo salad dikhaoongi uss mein use karoongi. Yahan pe main orange ka rus nikaal rahi hoon. Agar aapko water retention ki problem hai toh ½ tsp Lemon juice iss mein dal saktey hain. Woh bhi protein metabolism ko bahut high karta hai. Iss mein bus yehi dhyaan rakhna hai ki agar aap subah breakfast mein  issko kha rahe hain toh iss mein Iodised salt hona chahiye, Normal salt aur agar aap dinner mein kha rahe hain toh iss mein sendha namak hona chahiye, rock salt.

 

Toh breakfast mein iss liye khayiye kyunki mai fruit after 4 pm allow nahi karti hoon, water retention ki wajah se. Iss mein Ginger grate kiya hai. Aur ab main isske ander Sprouts daloongi just tear kar dijiye, haath se tor lijiye aur mix kar dijiye issko. Salad ready ho gaya aapka.
