10 Beauty and Health Benefits of ROSEMARY | 10 स्वास्थ्य और सौंदर्य लाभ

Normal Rosemary Tea Recipe: 

Water : 150 ml

Rosemary

  • If fresh : 20gm
  • Home dried : 6-8gm
  • Market dried : 4-5 gm

Method of Preparation: 

  1. (If Fresh) Boil water, turn off the flame put fresh Rosemary. Infuse for 5-10 mins
  2. (Home dried) Boil Rosemary with water for 5 mins
  3. ( Market dried) Boil Rosemary with water 10 mins

Dosage: 

50 ml three times a days. Food gap 15 mins before/after

In case of Asthma, Bronchitis, Arthritis, Period problems: 

Rosemary

  • If fresh 20gm
  • Home dried 6-8gm
  • Market dried 4-5 gm
  • Red clover 5gm

Method to prepare this Rosemary Tea

  • (If Fresh)Boil water , turn off the flame put fresh Rosemary and add red clover Infuse for 5-10 mins
  • (Home dried) boil Rosemary with water for 5 mins Ture off the flame add red clover
  • ( Market dried) boil Rosemary with water 10 mins Ture off the flame add red clover

In case of Alzheimer

Rosemary

  • If fresh 20gm
  • Home dried 6-8gm
  • Market dried 4-5 gm
  • Yellow mustard kocaer  ground 5 gm
  • Jackfruit/ kathal 50gm fresh or 10 gm dried

Method to prepare this Rosemary Tea

Boil all together in 500 ml water for 15 mins (Rosemary fresh or dry) let is cool.

Dosage: 

50 ml 4 times a day. Food gap 15 mins before & after.
