Aaj ke date mein jo bhi aapke dill mein, dimaag mein, soul mein, jo pareshaani, bojh hai uss se aapko muqt karega. Aapko parhne mein madad karega, aapko sahi decision lene mein madad karega, aapko aagey barhne mein madad karega aur aapki aatma ko bahut halka banayega, bahut cool banayega taaki aagey path per aap jo karney jaa rahe hain uss mein full of positive energy se aap chal payein.

MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:

Kaun kaun log hain jo aapke life mein problems create kar rahe hain? Kya situation hai jiss ki wajah se aapko aapki zindagi ki garmi bardaasht nahi ho rahi hai? Kyun aap Tension mein hain? Kya aap nahi paa saktey hain? Kahan tak jaaney ki umeed nahi hai? Kya aapse choot raha hai? Kya destroy ho raha hai? Kya sookh chukka hai? Kya khatam ho gaya hai?
