Measurements:

Soy milk powder :- 200gm

Almond milk powder:- 100gm

Sesame seeds powder ( roasted):- 50gm

Kounch beej powder:- 100gm

Ashwagandha powder:- 20gm

DOSAGE (Khane ka tarika): 

Age 12-16 years :- 3 times a day ( After breakfast lunch, dinner) 1 tsp

Age 16-70 years:- 3 times a day ( After breakfast, Lunch , dinner ) 1tbsp

 

Do’s:

  • To increase protein absorption take 200 gm pineapple daily as mentioned in Video dose
  • To reduce heat in stomach have seedless Cucumber as mentioned in Video
  • For increase protein metabolic rate have probiotics as mentioned in Video twice a day
  • Have 1.5 litres to 3 water per day according to ur blood group (compulsory)
  • Do 30 mins stretching exercise daily for best results.
