Phir hai option Breakfast ka.

 

Part-1 jo main aapko bata rahi hoon : 3 BANANAS lena hai medium size ka. Usske alawa lena hai 2 DATES, sticky ya imported. Aur aapko lena ALMONDS aur WALNUTS mila karke crush karke lena hai. Agar sirf Almonds hai toh 6-7 aur saath mein Walnut ho toh 1 Walnut aur 4 Almond lijiye. Usske saath lijiye GREEN TEA ya phir REGULAR TEA. Aur dono lena chahtey hain toh pehle Regular Tea lijiye and then Green Tea.

 

Second Option hai : PROTEIN LADDU toh common hai iss Navratri Diet mein. Usske baad aap lenge PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE. Jab Pineapple Smoothie lenge toh aapko Banana nahi lena hai. Yeh dhayaan rakhiyega. Yeh Smoothie 200-250ml tak hi hona chahiye, uss se jyaada nahi hona chahiye. Usske saath aap lenge 50gms PANEER and 25 gms PEANUTS/ MOONGPHALI.

 

Third Option hai aapka : Subah lena hai aapko 1 ½ tbsp. of CHIA SEEDS 200ml WATER mein soak karke. Usske baad aap lenge 70gms ke kareeb SINGHARE KA HALWA. Yeh saare options hain, aap mila mila kar lena. Lekin jo bhi pattern bataya hai iss Navratri Diet ka uss se change nahi kar saktey hain. Usske saath aap lenge 50gms PEANUTS and 20gms PANEER.  Uss ke baad 100ml REGULAR TEA. Aur phir GREEN TEA zaroor lijiyega kyunki itna khaane ke baad badhazmi na ho jaaye.

 

 Toh yeh cheez ka dhyaan aap bilkul rakhiyega ki subah mein itna hona hi chahiye jab Pooja per se uthtey hain. Aur yeh dhayaan rakhiye ki early morning Pooja karna hai aapko bahut late mat karo Pooja karne mein taki aap fit rahein poore Navratre mein aur wajan barhe nahi, ghatey.

Aur DHANIA PATTI aur GREEN CHILLY daalna chahein toh bilkul kha saktey hain.

 

Next option hai : SABUDANA- AALOO ko mix karke ek Paratha bana lijiye. Toh woh bhi aapke liye bahut accha hoga aur bahut beneficial hai Sabudana Aaloo iss Navratri Diet mein, lekin log kya karety hain, Sabudanan Aaloo raat ko khaatey hain aur woh nahi khaana chahiye kyunki woh aapke fat ko gain kar dega.

 

Third option hai : 100gms SWEET POTATO/ SHAKARKANDI. Issko Boil karke aap le saktey hain, Bake karke le skatey hai. Oven wala bahut tasty lagta hai bina namak bina kissi cheez ke. Lunch mein issko rakhenge toh aapko bahut energy milegi.

 

Ek option woh hai jo aapko Chaat batayi hai. Next yeh Sweet Potato. Fruit Lunch se pehle jo lenge iss Navratri Diet mein woh 150gms se jyaada nahi hona chahiye. Aur agar aap ek tikki ya Sabudana ke pakore bana rahe hain toh usska bhi wajan 100 gms hi hona chahiye kyunki uss mein oil bhi jaayega aur koshish kijiyega ki deep fried na ho, pan pe sakein ussko. Aur dopahar mein bhi aapko 100ml GREEN TEA lena hoga. Regular Tea aap nahi lenge Lunch mein.

 

Sham ko 4-6 ke beech mein aap 50ml REGULAR TEA le saktey hain aur 25 gms ROASTED PEANUTS le saktey hain. Agar woh nahi hai toh aap 4-5 ALOMNDS aur WALNUT le saktey hain. Agar woh bhi nahi hai toh 3rd option hai 1tbsp CHIA SEEDS with 150ml WATER. Sabse accha option Chia Seeds hota hai iss Navratri Diet mein, agar uss pe switch karein toh jyaada behtar hoga aur isski chinta aap mat kijiye ki aapko bhukh lagegi ya nahi kyunki jab bhi aap Green Tea peetey hain, ek ghaantey baad body ki halat aissi hoti hi hai ki aapko khaana hai toh sham ka diya jalane se pehle inn 3 option mein se kissi ek ko zaroor chuniyega. Har meal mein main 3 options iss liye de rahi hoon taki aap bore na hon. Badal badal karke 9 din apna complete kar sakein.

 

Aatey hain Dinner mein:  Dinner mein mostly log Namak khaatey hai toh uss mein aap le saktey hain Koi bhi GREEN VEGETABLE, Aaloo, Matar, French Beans, Gawarphali, inn sab ki sabzi nahi le saktey hain aap. Aap le skatey hain Tinda, Ghiya, Gobhi, Patta Gobhi.

 

Uss ke saath agar aap Poori ya Paratha kha rahe hain, Kuttu ke aatey ka toh aisse mein who 50gms ka Paratha hona chahiye, uss se jyaada nahi hona chahiye, Poori ya Paratha.

 

Agar aap kha rahe hain Singhare ke attey ka toh aisse situation mein ek piece hoga 100gms ka aur usske saath Green vegetable le saktey hain.

 

Meri yeh recommendation hamesha rehti hai ki Singhare ke attey ka hi aap Paratha khayiye because Singhare ka atta aapke body ko bahut mazboot karta hai, strong karta hai. Kuttu ka atta bhi bahut healthy hota hai aur Weight loss mein bahut help karta hai but woh bahut garam bhi hota hai. Kuttu ka atta din mein toh kha saktey hain but raat mein khaaney pe bahut heat ho jaati hai aur jinnko bhi Acidity ki problem hai, aap bear nahi kar paayenge, ho sakta hai aapko Gas ho jaaye. Iss cheez ka hamesha dhyaan rakhiyega. Toh koshish yehi kijiyega ki Singhare ka atta ho taki aapko jyaada problem na ho aur aap easily kar paayein iss Navratri Diet ko aur 100gms bahut jyaada hota hai. Agar aapko bhukh nahi lagi hai aur kum khaana chahtey hain toh aisse mein 50gms attey ka bhi aap bana saktey hain. Aur Kuttu ka atta 50gms bahut jyaada lagta hai kyunki bahut bhaari hota hai toh 25 gms bhi kar saktey hain.

 

Dinner mein aap change kar saktey hain, jitni bhukh ho utna hi khayein lekin Lunch jo bataya hai uss mein aap change nahi kar saktey hai gms aur jo Breakfast mein batay hai uss mein bhi grams aap change nahi kar saktey hain iss Navratri Diet mein. Yeh bahut dhyaan dene wali baat hai.

 

Second thing, yeh jo main weight bata rahi hoon, yeh gundhe hue attey ka weight bata rahi hoon jiss mein water bhi included hai. Aissa nahi ki sookha utna atta lekar sochein ki itna kaisse khaayenge.
