Baaki jinnko Fat ya Water retention ki problem hai unnke liye MITHAI hai. Aap Peda le saktey hain, Laddu le saktey hain, Chawal ka Laddu le saktey hain, Aatey ka Laddu le saktey hain, Besan ka Laddu le saktey hain.

 

Aur yeh Mithai kyun important hai yeh bhi bata de rahi hoon. Ramzan mein aap Dopahar mein khaana nahi khaatey hain. Aisse situation mein aapke body mein kick bahut important hai. Yeh hamesha ke liye nahi hai, jab aap full diet khaayenge toh yeh Diet aap follow nahi kar saktey hain. But abhi iss liye hai kyunki aapke body mein sugar ka importance hota hai aur aap bahut subah 5 ya 6 baje ke kareeb  yeh khaatey hain.

 

Lekin yeh dhyaan rakhna hai ki aap Rasgulla nahi kha saktey, Jalebi nahi kha saktey, Boondi nahi kha saktey. Jiss mein extra sugar added hota hai, bahut cheeni hoti hai woh aap nahi kha saktey kyunki aap bahut sugar syrup se fight nahi kar saktey. Koi Sharbat nahi pee saktey. Yeh bahut dhyaan mein rakhne wali baat hai. Lekin Mithai bahut important hai agar seriously aapko Weight Loss karna hai aur healthy rehna hai toh subah mein iss tarah ka mithai aapko lena hoga.

Next option hai BOILED EGG. Isska Omelet nahi bana saktey aap subah. Aapko boil karke hi Egg White nikaal ke hi khaani hogi. Yeh 3 Egg White hai. Yolk nahi lena hai morning mein kyunki sun rise nahi hua hai toh yolk aapko problem kar jaayega. Acidity ki problem ho sakti hai. Jissko nahi hai unnko bhi. Toh yeh Egg White PCOS, Thyroid, Diabetes wale patients bhi kha saktey hain.

 

Next hai PARATHA.  Yeh bhi ek bahut accha option hota hai. 1 ya 2 Paratha aur sabzi usske saath aap le saktey hain. Chahein toh aap jo Curry Leaf ki chutney batayi hai ya phir maine Flax Seeds ki chutney batayi hai woh aap saath mein le saktey hain. Actually zinda rehne ke liye Carbohydrate bahut important cheez hoti hai, aap ussko ignore nahi kar saktey lekin basically jab aap fast mein rehtey hain toh yeh bahut mushkil hai ki aap dinner mein Naan, Roti, iss tarah ki cheez le lein. Aap din bhar fast ke baad jaisse hi Wheat Flour ki koi cheez lete hain, Bloat kar jaayenge. Male ho ya Female, pait nikal jaayega. Aur baar baar dakaar aayeki aur raat bhar gas hoga. Toh iss cheez ko aap avoid kijiye ki raat mein aapko Naan khaana hai, Samosa khaana hai, Pakore khaane hain, yeh cheez possible nahi hai. Lekin yeh cheez Breakfast mein zaroor possible hai. Sek lijiye taw eke uper then nikaal ke aap Desi Ghee laga saktey hain aur jitni bhi aapki Diet hai, zaroori nahi hai ki Diet se extra kha lein, utni hi khaayiye.

 

Next option hai PANEER & PEANUT CHAAT aur 100ml ke kareeb TEA le saktey hain.

 

Isske alawa le saktey hain GREEN MOONG KA CHEELA. Moong ko bhigoyiye aur ussko pees ke cheela bana lijiye. Pyaaz daal karke. Ussi Moong ka chaat bhi aap kha skatey hain jaissa ki maine aapko bataya hai, onion aur coriander daal karke.

 

MOTH DAAL ki chaat kha saktey hain.

 

SABOOT MASOOR KI CHAAT kha saktey hain. Ussko bheegona hai, boil karna hai aur usski chaat banake kha saktey hain.

 

NUTRELLA NUGGETS KI CHAAT kha saktey hain.

 

AALOO CHAAT kha saktey hain, but aaloo mein yeh dhyaan rakhna hoga ki PANEER aur PEANUTS zaroor add karein,

 

Isske alawa aap sirf MOONGPHAALI KI CHAAT aap kha sahktey hain. Capsicum daal saktey hain. Tamater use nahi kar saktey hain.

 

Sirf Aaloo mein jaissa maine bataya, PEANUTS, DRY FRUITS, WALNUTS daal kar kha saktey hain jinnko Carb se thori problem hai ya allergic hain aap.

 

Isske alawa aap kha saktey hain POHA. Lekin Poha mein bhi PANEER add karna bahut zaroori hai. Bina Paneer aur Peanuts ke aap nahi kha saktey Poha.

 

METHI then MITHAI ya DATES ke baad aap yeh meal lene ke baad aap bilkul yaad rakhiye ki jab aapka pehla fast start hone wala hai toh jo maine aapko Paani ka bataya tha ki kis tarah se woh Powder ya Dahi wala ya phir Water banana hai jiss se aap din bhar pyaas se fight kar sakenge, woh EK GLASS PAANI peena bahut zaroori hai.

Subah jab aap Mithai lete hain toh usske saath aap 200 ml ALMOND MILK le saktey hain. Lekin agar Shake banayenge toh uss mein Alomnd Milk na daal karke direct Almond add kijiyega. Aur woh bahut important step hai aapke liye.

 

Isske baad din bhar ka aapka fast hoga phir secondary phir se aapka start hoga jo din woh EVENING ka ab main batane jaa rahi hoon.

 

Lekin uss se pehle main aapko yeh batana chahti hoon ki MILK ka 2-3 option tyaar karke rakhiyega, agar normal milk (cow milk ya buffalo milk) na hi lein toh behtar hai kyunki fast ke time yeh bahut jaldi allergy karti hai. Agar aapko aadat bhi hai toh switch kijiye ya toh Almond milk peejiye ya Coconut milk bhi aap bana saktey hain. Woh bhi bahut accha hota hai banana ke liye. Aap bolenge toh usski recipe main bilkul share karoongi.

 

Toh Sham ko start karenge phir se 1 tsp METHI SE, paani ke saath.

 

Usske baad aap DATES le saktey hain. Jinnko bhi Diabetes hai woh Dates le saktey hai ya dates shake le saktey hain.

 

CHIA SEEDS zaroor add kijiyega. 1tbsp, 100 ml water mein soak kijiye, usske baad kissi bhi shake mein add kar dijiye. Woh aapke liye bahut important hai. Din bhar ke fast se aap bahar aatey hain.

 

Usske alawa aap le saktey hain COCONUT ya ALMOND MILK.

 

Aap DATE SHAKE le skatey hain lekin Chia Seeds zaroor add hona chahiye.

 

Sham ke time aap Mango Shake ya Pineapple shake nahi le saktey toh woh galti mat kijiyega.

 

Isske alawa aap apne pass hamesha DRY FRUITS rakhiye taki aap thora sa munching kar sakein.

 

Yahan per main JUICE batane jaa rahi hoon kyunki aap bahut jyaada dehydrate ho jaatey hain din bhar. Yeh hai BEETROOT JUICE. Beetroot boil kijiye aur ussko blender mein blend karke aap juice bana saktey hain. Isske alawa jinnko Diabetes hai woh subah mein jo maine juice batayi hai woh lenge aur sham ke time woh Powder lenge hi lenge taki unnka sugar disbalance na ho kyunki fast Diabetes ke patients ke liye hota nahi hai lekin agar aapko karna hai toh kuch cheezoon ka dhyaan rakhna bahut zaroori hoga.

 

DATE ya SHAKE ya JUICE ke baad jinnko bhi Chai peene ki adaat hai woh TEA le saktey hain. Tea ke saath ROASTED SNACKS lena chahiye, jaisse roasted peanuts aur agar walnuts le rahe hain toh woh roasted na ho. Aap 1 se 2 tak le saktey hain. Aap almonds bhi le saktey hain. Chai ke saath yeh bahut accha support karta hai aapko aur jinn honey kuch bhi nahi liya hai woh anjeer le saktey hain aur almonds le saktey hain aur 1 walnut.

 

Aap PANEER aur PEANUT bhi le saktey hain.

 

But Dinner ke pehle aapko METHI phir lena hoga kyunki disbalance ho jaati hai poore din mein water and sugar sab.

 

Dinner mein aap 6 EGGS WHITE le saktey hain. Uss mein Salt nahi daalna hai, sirf BLACK PEPPER. Lekin jo allergic hai Black Pepper ke, please mat daaliyega.

 

Main jo bhi bata rahi hoon uss mein se koi ek option chunna hai aapko, saara nahi.

 

KAALE CHAANE KI CHAAT le saktey hain CARROT daal key a phir aap PANEER aur PEANUT daal saktey hain. Black Chana aap morning mein bhi le saktey hain yeh bahut acche cheez hai.

 

Isske alawa BESAN KA CHEELA bhi aap kha saktey ho. Carb nahi lena hai. But fry na ho yeh dhyaan rakhiyega.

 

RAJMA CHAWAL aap le saktey hain. Bahut acchi cheez hai agar raat mein bahut bhaari khaana khaana hai toh.

 

CHICKEN BIRYANI le saktey hain, kum masala wali. Aur yeh dhyaan rkna hai ki starch le rahe hain toh AALOO KI TIKKI le saktey hain. Uss mein aap CHICKEN mila saktey hain.

 

Yahan per ek fault dikhaoongi. Yeh mere patient ka bheja hua hai. Chicken ke saath salad hai. Kyunki agar Roasted ya Tandoori Chicken khaatey hain toh usske saath Salad daal lete hain. Yeh sabse baari mistake hai, yeh bilkul nahi karna chahiye. Ussi time aap Bloat hona shuru ho jaayenge. Agar raat mein yeh kartey hain toh bahut galat hai but agar dopahar mein hai toh theek hai. Dinner mein Salad kabhi nahi khaana hai.

 

Isske jagah pe aap STEAM CHICKEN le saktey hain aur TANDOORI CHICKEN bhi aap le saktey hain. Heavy spice wala Chicken bhi aap le saktey hain, aissi koi problem nahi hai. CHICKEN CURRY le saktey hain lekin isske saath Carb nahi le saktey. FISH le saktey hain, roasted ya boiled ya fried. Aur Chicken steak aap fried bhi le saktey hain, iss mein problem nahi hai ki aapko bilkul bake pe hi jaana chahiye.

 

Evening time mein OIL bahut zaroori hoti hai, raat bhar body ko heal honey ke liye.

 

Jinnko Intestine problem hai woh SOUP lijiye. Yeh POTATO SOUP hai, BROTH SOUP ki recipe doongi uss mein aap boiled Potato mash karke aap daal saktey hain. Usske alawa aap TOFU daal saktey hain, PANEER daal saktey hain. Aur DHANIA PATTA uss mein kaat ke daalna zaroori ho jaayega. App BOILED EGG kaat ke daal saktey hain. SOYA BEAN BAARI bhi daal saktey hain. CHICKEN daal saktey hain. Kai tarah ki SABZI bhi iss mein add kar saktey hain, boiled potato ya egg ke saath.

 

Agar Soup nahi lena chahtey hain toh BOILED EGG ka MASALA bana lijiye. Uss mein Onion aur Dhania Patta daal ke.

 

TOMATO SOUP bana lijiye. Lekin CORIANDER daalna bahut important hai woh raat bhar aapko repair karega. Dher saari SABZIYAAN daal ke bana saktey hain soup ko. Yeh bhi bahut accha hota hai.

 

Ya phir aap BROTH SOUP banayiye, uss mein KALA CHANA daaliye aur woh bahut accha karega.

 

Na kuch mil paaye toh aap DAAL bana lijiye. Uss mein Coriander leaf hona bahut important hai.

 

Ab aayein ki Soney se pehle kya karenge, late night. Yeh toh 8:30-9:00 baje tak kha lete hain. Usske baad agar bhookh lagti hai toh maine PROTEIN LADDU bataya tha, yeh woh LADDU hai. Yeh khaane ke baad late night aapko bhookh nahi lagti hai. Toh yeh ek bahut accha option hai ki agar aap 10 ya 11 baje soo rahe hain toh aap ek Laddu kha lijiye. Lekin yeh dhyaan rakhna hai ki yeh soney ke ½ an hour pehle karna hai bilkul kha ke nahi soo jaana hai. Aur Laddu ke saath aap le saktey hain ALMOND MILK. Yeh aapke body ko bahut strong banayega.

 

Toh poore fast mein yeh kahin bhi feel nahi hoga ki aap weak ho rahe hain. AUr isska ek bahut achha option hai ki Coconut aur Almond Milk se Ice Cream banti hai, Molasses daal ke. Aap waisse bhi bana lijiye. Recipe agar aapko chahiye hoga toh main bilkul aapse share karoongi. Yeh Ice Cream bhi aap late night guilt free kha saktey hain nuts daal kar ke. Bahut tasty hoti hai aur aapko yeh feel nahi hota hai ki aap calorie gain kar rahe hain. Yeh khaane ke baad bhi aap weight loss kar rahe hotey hain. Aur after 1 month aap bahut khoobsoorat bhi lagne lagenge.

 

Mera goal yehi hai ki aap swaasth reh ke, fit reh kar ke, poore fast mein ek din bhi skip na karein chahe aapke ander koi bhi disease ho, aap bilkul ussko dekhtey hue iss Ramdan Diet ko karenge. AUr jo Water bataya hai khaas karke jo Acidity wale patients hain unnko toh yeh Water lena twice a day bahut important hai. Subah fast start karne se pehle bhi aur fast khatam karne ke baad bhi. Iss Paani se yeh hoga ki aapko problem nahi aayegi aur aapko pyaas nahi lagegi. Link aapko description box mein milega. Aap bilkul ussko dekhiye kyunki yeh aapke liye bahut important hai.

Uss se jyaada nahi le saktey hain, agar fast mein aapko healthy rehna hai aur next day aapko pyaas nahi lage, Acidity na ho. Toh yeh rule follow karna hoga. Poore raat ki koi Diet nahi hoti jiss se weight loss ho jaaye ya aap fit rahein.
