Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)- 100mg :- After Breakfast

Vitamin D- 5000 IU ( 5000-60000) :- (5000-10000IU) Before sleep every day. If 60000IU than before sleep once in a week

DO’S:

 

  1. Take at least 2 liters liquid in a day (Water, Tea, Juices)
